imx6 solo +PHY KSZ9031 ping issue

Hi all,

   After porting the latest PHY driver from Micrel, this PHY can be recognized. But we found the following issues:

1.  I have verified on two sets, ping time is too long, the average is hundreds ms on both of them(PC gigabit ethernet card connected to PHY 9031, the connecting is 1000M full and the result is as the attached picture  ). Why?

2.  I checked the MDC clock rate ,it is about  5.5MegaHz,not 2.5M?How to change it ?

  We work on android 4.0 and the kernel is 3.0

According to the following discussion,  add "enable_wait_mode=off" in the boot params  solved this ping latency issue
