imx6 q Crash and black screen

There is a system:IMX6 Q+2GB DDR+32GB eMMc+10.1 Inch display.

When the system runs  a period of time,the screen becomes error and black ,IMX6 is crash. The debug UART outputs nothing and can not be input something.

WHY this Problem happen and how to solve it?

reason may be ddr errors, so one can test memory with ddr test and

update image with new ddr calibration coefficients found from test

i.MX6/7 DDR Stress Test Tool V3.00 

recommended to use nxp linux releases described on

i.MX Software | NXP

we have do DDR stress Test ,and it passed and update image with new ddr calibration coefficients.But the Problem still exists.

Calibration：

MR Value: 0004,
DDR Freq: 365
Stress Test：
StarFreq:200
EndFreq:528

What other way can be check?

     I have try to measure the imx6 32.768khz clock and 24MHZ wave.The Vp-p seems not  conforming to the requirements.meet to the picture.

Dear igor，

     BSP used in the case is Android8.0 Linux version 4.9.17,this problem  exist in this case ,but it don't exit in the other item.
