imx6 android 4.4.3 version 2.0.1 screen rotation bug

I porting the android 4.4.3 to our imx6 series boards,found this bug.

when I roate the screen to portrait and hide the system navigate bar，the Activity tranform will return back landscape 2 frames at the time the animation started and finished, whitch cause the screen blinked 2 times.

I set the system animation speed 10 times slower and record the video.
