imx6 android 4.3 build and gstreamer 1.2.x not working

Hi,

I wanted to test imx6  freescale android box (utilite and nitrogen6x) which has android 4.3 with gstreamer tutorial 3. Though it was working with decodebin pipeline (androidmedia)  and android 4.2.

It was getting following error.
