Does booting WINCE7 from SPI flash is supported by freescale BSP? I don't see any code for that but not setting IMGNAND or other is clearly stated that this will build EBOOT image for SPI. Could someone clear that thing?

Yes, in WinCE7 BSP for i.MX53 we didn't implemented SPI boot.
