What's the best BSP for imx28 available now?

I've tried the 2.6.35_1.1.0_130130 BSP, but it have a lot of missing or broken packages.

Maybe is possible to use yocto?

Thanks to all for the info.

Can I follow this guide https://community.freescale.com/docs/DOC-94849

to have "yocto" working on my custom board?

Hi Marco,

Yes you can use Yocto to get the best out of the i.MX28. Here is the machine config file:

meta-fsl-arm/imx28evk.conf at master · Freescale/meta-fsl-arm · GitHub

Note that it is using linux-fslc which is the community kernel based on the Linux kernel 4.1.

meta-fsl-arm/mxs-base.inc at master · Freescale/meta-fsl-arm · GitHub

meta-fsl-arm/linux-fslc_4.1.bb at master · Freescale/meta-fsl-arm · GitHub

Regards,

Gary
