im8mn SPL_TEXT_BASE and CONFIG_SYS_TEXT_BASE

Currently we are using imx8mn processor which is running android 9. 

From the uboot defconfig the SPL_TEXT_BASE is defined as 912000. Why is it defined from 912000 and can we not define it from 910000 as the address of OCRAM starts from 0x910000

The CONFIG_SYS_TEXT_BASE is also define from 0x40200000. Can we define it from  0x40000000

Please help us to understand this configuration

The address is fixed from ROM code .
