This error occurred while compiling flash.bin for my own board

I passed both the DDR calibration and the stress test then generate the lpddr4 times.c file

I copied the file as required by i.MX Linux® User's Guide5.13

Is this error missing u-boot.itb?

Where does the u-boot.itb file come from?
