iMx7 SABRE MFGTool " No Device Connected" in windows10

I am new user for iMx7 development board. I tried to burn andriod_O8.0.0_1.0.0 using android_O8.0.0_1.0.0_tools "mfgtool2-android-mx7ulp-evk-sd.vbs". 

Win10 can recogonize the HID device following is it's event:

But MFGTool still show "No device connected". Could anyone help me to set up the windows10 environment?

Hello!

Please refer to this case. I believe that is a compatibility problem of Windows 10.

But you can try with the UUU tool. UUU is thought to replace MFGTool.

You can refer here. in the section 3.3.
