iMXRT1052 Not boot from IS25WP064AJBLE nor Flash

I purchased an evkbimxrt1050 sch-38168 rev a1 evaluation board. I modified the resistors to use the IS25WP064AJBLE nor flash. I set SW7=0010. I compiled the firmware with the dcd and xip for nor flash. With the J-Link emulator the firmware works fine. once the emulator is disconnected, if I press the reset or power off and power on, it doesn't work anymore.
