iMX95 - how do you configure remoteproc

Hello,

I am trying to use remoteproc on my i.MX95 board to load firmware onto my M7 core from Linux.

As I understand, the first step is to enable remoteproc support in the Linux kernel. Then, I need to modify the device tree to add nodes for remoteproc. Is there any documentation available for the entire process?

Most of the time, I come across documentation on how to start/stop processes from Linux, the command-line tools, and the theoretical workings of remoteproc. However, I can never seem to find any detailed information on the initial setup in Linux and the device tree modifications. And in the documentation, they always talk about pre build firmware I don't have access to and even tough I would like to understand how to configure it.

If you have any information on how to configure remoteproc, could you please share it?

Thanks,

Regards,.

Hello,

We have an app note for remoteproc configuration, but as you may already know i.MX95 is still in pre-production so we do not have public information yet, so you may use it as a reference only.
