This is what is printed on my SoC:

Can't see what that "7" at the end is... Does it matter ? What is the number 7,  datasheet has no number option at the end:

Dear @dry You do not need to care about it, as the product you mention is not our production product, it is for sample. So that you can not see the details in our datasheet.

I think you can use it, but for product use recommend you to use the production product in our website.
