iMX8M || LPDDR4x and eMMC qualified parts

Hello NXP Team, 

We are doing the part exploration for our project and we required PVL list of LPDDR4x and eMMC. 

Below is the list of IMX8M series parts, we require the PVL list for all the series parts. 

IMX8MDQLQIEC - Quad Family 

IMX8MMIEC - Mini Family

IMX8MNIEC - Nano Family

IMX8MPIEC - Plus Family

IMX8QMAEC  - Quad Max Family

Please share the PVL list and the PVL list is same for all the parts which are coming in the same series if not please share the other PVL list also.

• Regarding LPPDR4 parts, please see the information mentioned below:

• Regarding eMMC parts, one can refer to the datasheet. If the selected eMMC complies with the uSDHC standard mentioned in the datasheet of the respective processor, it will support the same.

The supported PMIC for all the IMX8M series processor is PFA4210. 

IMX8MDQLQIEC - Quad Family 

IMX8MMIEC - Mini Family

IMX8MNIEC - Nano Family

IMX8MPIEC - Plus Family

IMX8QMAEC  - Quad Max Family

If any other supported PMIC is there, please share the details.

One can refer to the EVK schematic design of each processor. One can use the PMIC used in the EVK schematic design.

Please see the details of the PMIC used in the EVK of each processor:

8M Nano Family: PCA9450BHN/BD71850MWV
8M Plus Family: PCA9450CHN
8 Quad Max Family: MC33PF8100EPES (PMIC1) & MC33PF8100EQES (PMIC2)
