I asked via setting up a case at support.nxp.com and got back the answer that it is the US Micro Products USMP-A055-108192CDX-A0. I found a URL here:
https://www.usmicroproducts.com/sites/default/files/USMP-A055-108192CDX-A0.pdf .

refer to the linux reference manual, the mipi dsi driver in the bsp is:mxcfb_hx8369_wvga.c, maybe you can refer to it.

Joan hi,

To our understanding the MX8M DSI OLED kit includes  MODULE_DESCRIPTION("Raydium RM67191") CHIP.

The correct driver should be:

https://source.codeaurora.org/external/imx/linux-imx/tree/drivers/gpu/drm/panel/panel-raydium-rm6719...

Looking inside I didnot find any clue for the panel part number used.

Waiting for update

Thanks
