iMX8 flashing over USB stick

I am working on the automotive project that is trying to use Android as OS. Currently we are targeting to support the flashing over USB stick.

So does Android or NXP support to flash over USB stick? If yes, then how?

Android supports such option.
However you need to make sure that the port you attach USB stick is USB master (or OTG) not slave.

There is nothing special to i.MX.
When you attach USB stick to OTG port of the board it will be auto-mounted.
