iMX8 Wayland OpenGL X11 dependency

Hey guys,

I'm trying to compile a Wayland/Weston EGL application for the iMX8 but linking against 'GL' creates a dependency to XLib.

Is there another provider of the core OpenGL library without the XLib dependency? I'm assuming this is the case because OpenGL GPU acceleration is only supported on Wayland.

After some grepping around, It turns out GLESv2 is what I needed.
