iMX6ULL + 1GB RAM DDR3L

Hi all,

For a new project I need to interface 1GB RAM DD3L (2 x MT41K256M16TW-107:P) to iMX6ULL.

Is it possible? The BUS width is only 16bit so I suppose it is only possible to connect a single chip MT41K256M16TW-107:P.

i.MX6ULL based EVK "SCH-29634" provided part no# for both 512MB and 1GB.

Hi Giacomo,

It is not possible for your suggested configuration. I suggest you use #MT41K512M16HA-125 (1 x16 bit) or equivalent.
