Actually, this Medium Quality Sound (MQS) IP module is not implemented in the
i.MX6SoloX processor. Initially, it was planned to be implemented, however, been
considered as non-functional in final design.

Excuse me, I was planning to use MQS in a new project, but I found this post.
Where can I get an official confirmation that MQS is not present on i.MX 6SoloX? And, if it was really scraped, why? It would have been really useful.
The MQS is supported and validated on i.MX6 SoloX.
The Reference Manual has the correct information. It will also be in future i.MX designs.
