iMX6D gets over heated

Hi,

We are developing a SOM board using i.MX6D processor MCIMX6D6AVT10ADR and PMIC MMPF0100NPEPR2.

Whenever the board is powered on after some time the board gets over heated. I want to know what might be the problem?

suggest to check Chapter 2,3,4,8 IMX6DQ6SDLHDG

and measure current on power rails. Probably some signal(s)

shorted to other or ground/power.
