iMX6 solo DDR3 @8MHz clock rate support

Hi Can you please confirm if iMX 6 solo can support 800MHz clock rate DDR3. Various test conditions are given on 400MZ and in block diagram it is shown as 400MHZ.

This  is  my first processor based  design. Can you  give  me  some  link for selection of  DDR3  which help me  select  new  replacement part of existing DDR3. 

Can  you let me know  if  MT41K256M16TW-107:P will work with iMX solo.

Hello,

  i.MX6S provides a 32/64-bit DDR3/DDR3L/LPDDR2-800 memory interface.

This means DDR clock frequency of 400 MHz.
