I was looking at the reference schematic (SPF-27417-C5) and noticed that the two MSB of the address lines were mapped to No Connects on the micron RAM chip.

What was the reason behind this? To load them?

Do the address lines need to be connected?

reason is ability to soder memories with higher densities, where these

signals are present.
