iMX6 quad Mipi display + tear effect/V sync pulse connection?

Hi, I wish to use a small 1.54" Mipi display (LH154Q01) with imx6 quad.

I understand the main Mipi connections, clocks & data lanes, but the LH154Q01 display also has a tearing effect / V sync pulse output line - how should this be connected to the imx6 quad?

I am afraid i.MX6Q does not have hardware support for LCD

"tearing effect / V sync" input, so one can try to use this LCD without

that signal.
