iMX6 lifetime (power-on hours) estimate

Hello,

In application note AN4724, we can find product lifetime usage estimates depending on the junction temperature of iMX6 MCU. But there is no data involving temperatures less than 70°C. 

Can you tell me what is the Power-on Hours value for a junction temperature of 50°C?
