iMX6 Quad - die revision 1.2, 1.3 and 1.6

Dear Sir,

For the i.MX6 Quad, NXP datasheet(IMX6DQAEC) mention 3 part number (MCIMX6Q7CVT08AC, MCIMX6Q7CVT08AD and MCIMX6Q7CVT08AE).

Based on NXP Part Number Nomenclature, there are the die revision different.

Would you please let me know the difference between the die revision (1.2, 1.3 and 1.6)?

Which part number should we apply and purchase?

Hello Allen,

Please refer to Engineering Bulletin 803 (link below) for details on the differences between silicon revisions 1.2 and 1.3.

Revision 1.6 is very similar to the 1.3 revision (there were no errata corrections) but there were some changes related to the ROM code. You can look at the following link for details on this.
