iMX6 Q-Flashing Procedure for Prebuilt Image

Hi,

I downloaded Linux BSP for iMX6 Q Sabre Lite for Automotive Infotainment:

fsl-L3.10.17_1.0.2_iMX6QDLS_Bundle.tar

The bundle has 2 files 

1) Yocto path details

2) prebuilt images. 

But, there is no instruction for flashing procedure of prebuilt images
