iMX solo Ethernet MDC and MDIO voltage level

Hi Team 

I have connected NVCC_ENET =3.3V and  NVCC_RGMM=2.5V can you please  let me know . what should be VIH and VOH level of  these  pin.

according to Table 97. 21 x 21 mm Functional Contact Assignments they belong to

NVCC_ENET power domain. Levels are defined by Table 23. GPIO DC Parameters
