iMX serial EVK board

hi, I'd like to buy a iMX serial EVK board to learn arm + Linux. Th board should integrate debug uart, usb, ethernet ports, etc.

The budget is limited and below 100 US dollar is the best.
Who can give some advice?

even the mcu itself also few hundreds alreadi, urs budget shld put ard 1500US$ . thanks .
