i want to know how flash image into emmc

i am using imx8mplus custom board . i build the IMXLXYOCTOUG v.LF6.6.3_1.0.0  BSP .

i want to flash image into emmc .please help me out.

how to flash uboot , kernel and rootfs separetly into emmc.

how to flash wic image into emmc.

please help me .

I have only worked with eval kits so far. I use UUU to write images to eMMC. For that to work for you I guess you need a USB download port on your board and your U-Boot image needs to support UUU. There is info in the UUU wiki about that. That's the best I can do for you. You have your work cut out for ya. Best of luck!
