i tried to perform stress test on LPDDR4 RAM using mscale ddr tool . but i got struck in middle

i am using nxp imx8mplus lpddr4 evk.

i am doing stress test on lpddr4 ram using mscale ddr tool

I follow the steps in guide .

step1 :1. Connect the target board to PC host

step 2:. Launch the MSCALE_DDR_Tool.exe in administrator mode

step3:Press Search button in the Debug UART area, then choose the correct UART port
connected to the MX8 Cortex A-Core Debug UART and press Connect button.

step 4:Load DDR initialization script and choose correct downloading options (select the default one present in script folder)

step 5:Press Download button and wait for target board ready 

in this step I am stuck here . please help me out.

calibration button is not enabled to perform calibrations

yes i kept in serial download => 0001 
i don't why this is happening
