I am trying to control i2c3 and mipi-csi on M4 side with i.mx8m mini evk. On the A53 side, linux (L4.19.35._1.1.0) is running. Accessing the i2c3 and mipi-csi registers on the M4 side stops. I don't know how to deal with it. (Device tree file?) Please professor.
Hi Osamu
i2c3 is already supported in SDK_EVK-MIMX8M Mini available on Welcome | MCUXpresso SDK Builder
in folder ..driver_examples/i2c
So on below fsl-imx8mm-evk-m4.dts i2c3 is disabled
fsl-imx8mm-evk-m4.dts\freescale\dts\boot\arm64\arch - linux-imx - i.MX Linux kernel
For mipi-csi it is necessary to perform similar steps: disable in linux dts and add driver to SDK.
Best regards
igor
