i.mx8m mini custom board not flashing

HI,

We have designed a custom board using i.mx 8m mini. LPDDR4 stress test is successful. We couldn't flash the image on the board properly as attached in the image it shows error while flashing and USB HID is automatically disconnected at that time.

What might be the issue on the board? Please guide us

Could you share how different is your board from the EVK?

Also, could you provide the actual logs?
since it's difficult to see clearly in the image you have provided
