i.mx6ull speed grading fuses

Hello,

May I know how to read the rated frequency of newer i.mx6ULL chips (528/800/900 MHz)? 

I guess it's stored in SPEED_GRADING (0x440[17:16]) fuses like the rest of i.mx6 family.

Unfortunately the relevant table 5-9 in IMX6ULLRM doesn't list the fuses correctly.
