hello community!

i would like to blow the e-fuses over the JTAG port.

in the datasheet AN3652 (i.mx35 ic identification module IIM fusebox) is a procedure to programm the fuses.

but i don´t know the right procedure for the TAP controller to programm the fuses.

thanks for your assistance!

Direct JTAG programming of the fuses is not possible via the JTAG.  Rather, the JTAG debugger port needs to be used in conjunction with application code.  Example application code for programming the fuses in the MX35 is contained in section 6 of AN3652.   It would need to be modified appropriately to program the desired fuses, compiled and then executed via the JTAG debugger.

If a JTAG debugger is not available, redboot or uboot can be temporarily loaded on the board and used to program the fuses within the MX35.
