i.mx28 ethernet - enhanced buffer descriptors

Hello all,

I'd like to use the uDMA in enhanced mode to provide enhanced buffer descriptors with packages. So far I couldn't find any way to switch to enhanced mode. The only thing I found is that the default mode is the legacy mode. Does anyone know how to switch?

don't know if this will help you, but in the imx6 there's a 1588 enable bit in the ENET ECR register that will enable the enhanced descriptors.28
