i.mx23 connection via ubuntu desktop minicom

Hi,

I'm new to using i.mx23.I have board and its include mini usb.I know mfg tool use this usb port.

First, im using ubuntu 20.04 and connect via usb to i.mx23 board .when check the usb port (lsusb) i can see sigmatel driver.but i can't use minicom.

i want connect imx23 embedded linux and developer software inside.

Maybe i want use rs232 port? but im23 card dont have rs232.

I'm using ubuntu 20.04 and Embedded qt.

what board used in the case, if it is based on i.MX233 EVK one can look at

Thanks a lot for your quick reply.My product is not evolution board.im using special pcb board and have i.mx23 mcu.I know, my board same character  of i.MX233 EVK board.when load new program for this board, we it like in the link  https://community.nxp.com/t5/i-MX-Processors/How-to-load-image-onto-NAND-flash-at-i-MX23-Evaluation-... .

But i dont have any idea to how to connect via miniusb this board or i.MX233 EVK board.

I will  read the documents you sent.i hope i can find how to connect.

i sent  mfg tool image (loading new program) via attachment

i sent board image 

I will write result.
