i.mx patch files in Intel Hex format

Would it be possible to provide the Intel .HEX file for this patch here: Patch for the SDK 2010.12 to fix the incorrect polarity when boot mode is set as boot from SD/eMMC o... 

It is currently in .sb format and proprietary to NXP.

If not possible please provide a link to a tool to convert this .sb patch file into Intel Hex format. We are trying to write the patch on the Microchip 24LC128 with some difficulties.

These patches are not available in .hex format. I'm investigating if there's a way to convert from one format to the other. I'll let you know if I find something.

Hi gusarambula,

I wrote a Python script to format the .sb into the Intel .hex. We mainly got into trouble with the Microchip MPLAD Starter Kit and MPLAB IDE. The IDE does not import raw hex unfortunately (we cannot import .sb).

I will post next week the source of the script and will put a note regarding another programmer that we tested that was able to program raw hex without specific formatting.

I just wanted to confirm that I couldn't find the patches in hex format and couldn't find a converter neither. But I'm glad to hear you are making progress! I'm sure the script would be useful to other Community users!
