[i.MX93][ddr stress tester] Where is the i.MX93 ddr stress tester and its xlsm?

Hi,

I got a module that has i.Mx93 som on it.

The SPL log is shown, so it's time to porting DDR timing.

But I can't find the DDR stress tester and its DDR xlsm.

Where can I find it? or it can use tool/xlsm of others chip?

And I can't find the reference manual, too.

I hope you are doing well.

Since the i.MX93 is in the pre-production stage, the documents are not yet released publicly.
