i.MX93 TMU errata ERR052243

I've found this patch on linux-imx GitHub repository, containing an iMX93 TMU workaround for ERR052243

However I cannot find the ERR052243 itself on NXP site, does anybody knows where to find it or has any additional reference on this errata?
