How to set ZQ_RESISTOR_SHARED in the Register Script Aids for below LPDDR4 connection?

ZQ_RESISTOR_SHARED

-

0

00000000

Description: Shared ZQ resistor between ranks.
■ 1 - Denotes that ZQ resistor is shared between ranks. Means ZQinit/ZQCL/ZQCS commands are sent to one rank at a time with tZQinit/tZQCL/tZQCS timing met between commands so that commands to different ranks do not overlap.
■ 0 - ZQ resistor is not shared.
Value After Reset: 0x0

Hi m_c

one can refer  to below answer:

https://community.nxp.com/t5/i-MX-Processors/Shared-ZQ-resistor/m-p/953291

If you use two-rank LPDDR4 and have two ZQ resistors, you set it to DISABLED.

Best regards
igor
