i.MX8QM DDR Stress Test density size

I want to know LPDDR4 2GB(total 4GB) DDR Stress test size on the i.MX8QM board.

Test Option is Over Night Test, static freq.,

I select SIZE option. 4 and 32-bit.

ADDR/DATA HEX Text Input: You can read/write memory in
8bit/16bit/32bit/64bit mode
