Hi NXP Team,
We have designed i.MX8MQ6 based boards with maximum available interfaces and currently we are in the Design validation and testing phase.
Boards are working as expected in the Normal Condition.
Currently, we are working on Thermal Testing and found enumeration issue during cold Tests below 0C. When we put the device in the chamber below 0 degrees or do a cold spray on the board, USB3.0 superspeed device not able to enumerate however USB2.0 device can detect properly on the same port.
We have added a power switch with USB3.0 which is the same as per USB2.0. and common mode code as per attached USB3.0 Interface circuit.
Kindly share your suggestions/feedback.
Thank you,
Nilav Choksi.
Hi Rita Wang,
Yes, we have tested above 0 Degree and it is working Well. But during Cold Test USB3.0 super peed is failing during Enumeration and another USB2.0 interface is working fine.
Both the different interfaces supported in the processor have the same components in between processor pin to connector pins.
Thank you,
Nilav Choksi
