i.MX8MPlus VDD_ARM and VDD_SOC setting

We use MIMX8ML8CVNKZAB which A53 is 1.6GHz and there are some questions about the core voltage setting.

About the VDD_ARM, should we set it be 0.95V in both nominal and overdrive mode? Or dynamic setting 0.85V in nominal mode and 0.95V in overdrive mode just like EVK?

About the VDD_SOC, should we set it be 0.95V in overdrive mode just like EVK? Or is 0.85V enough?

Hi @IRENE_U,

I hope you are doing well.

Since A53 is operating at 1.6GHz, it is recommended to use overdrive mode for VDD_ARM (0.95V).

The VDD_SOC supply to the rest of the modules in SoC. Please reference Table 13. Maximum frequency of modules for the details.
