i.MX8MP: yocto imx-test

Hi NXP,

I try to install .profile file to /home/root but it always gets overwritten.

The overridden .profile file comes from meta-freescale/recipes-bsp/imx-test/imx-test/memtool_profile

complete -o nospace -C /unit_tests/memtool memtool

Is this a necessary startup test item?

How do I add a custom /home/root/.profile?

Hi @petertseng 

it's not a necessary test tool, just a useful tool for dumping registers you want. 

You can remove it if you don't need.
