i.MX8MM Nano DDR4 package delay

I am using i.MX8MM Nano and it is recommended that consider package delay of chips in DDR4 length maching. My question is do I need to look for the delay in DDR chip too? My chosen DDR chip is Micron LPDDR4 . But I can't find any package delay file from Micron datasheet.

So does the delay times shown in section 3.4.6 include the package delay of both SOC and DDR?

the table clearly shows that these package delay is for i.MX 8M Nano 14x14 package and i.MX 8M Nano UltraLite 11x11 package
