Hi everyone,

I want to implement the DDR4 test with the Boundary Scan described in item 5.6 - IMX8MNHDG.pdf, where it suggests a circuit to control the RESET_n with the DRAM_ALERT_N.

However, using IMX8MNANO-BSDL I can't drive the DRAM_ALERT_N signal to "1". I also noticed that the boundary scan cannot drive any pin of the DDR4 signal group to "1", including unconnected pins on our board such as DRAM_AC38/CS1_n (pin AB6).

DDR4 signals are always forced to "0" read by our Boundary Scan software and physically measured.

Signals from other I/O groups work in the boundary scan, where it is possible to drive "0" and "1".

Is there any specific procedure to access these DDR4 signals other than BOOT_MODE0_3 = "1111" to enter boundary scan?
