i.MX8M Mini / i.MX8MQ: reset DDRC for LPDDR

Hello,

is there a way to reset and reinitialize the DDR controller?  DRAM type is LPDDR4.

Our goal: We try to implement a solution for a family of boards with different size of RAM assembled.

To get reproducible results we seek for a solution to reset the RAM and der Controller before trying the next configuration. We did not found the right register / sequence in the DDR Controller / Phy documentation.

According to the reference manual of both MPU, the DDRC just has ZQ reset but there is no documented a reset for the entire module, so it seems that it is necessary a system-reset/power-on-reset to reset DDRC.
