i.MX8M Mini dual core processor unused pins terminations

Hi Team,

We are developing a product base don 8M Mini dual core processor MIMX8MM4CVTKZAA.

I have attached an xls in which all the unused pins (As per our design) are mentioned. There is no information in datasheet/guideline document on how to terminate these pins if not used.

Could you please help to confirm recommended terminations (NC or GND) against each unused pins mentioned in xls?

unused digital signals can be configured as gpios inputs with enabled pull-ups,

for analog one can look at sect.3.9. Unused input/output terminations
