[i.MX8M] How to add x264enc gstreamer plugin?

Hi,

We are using Linux L4.9.51_mx8mq-ga version.

There is no x264enc plugin in current version.

I am curious how to enable it by myself.

I try to add the following setting into local.conf but still fail to get x264enc plugin.

Could somebody give me a hint? What am I mssing?
