i.MX8M EVK board failed to install Windows 10 IoT

I followed the quick user guide to flash the windows IoT i.MX Windows 10 IoT Quick Start Guide v1.4.0  Operating system onto i.MX8M EVK board. But unable to install the OS.

Tired two different methods to flash the firmware

1. To the SD card - refer section 10.2
2. to eMMC - refer section 10.3

Which ever method I followed the control is stuck in boot loader waiting for some input from keyboard.

USB keyboard seems to be not working after this. Although USB mouse working.

I followed jumper settings specified in the above document to put the board onto different boot mode. Still I see the same problem as above.

Can you please suggest?

Hello,

Check the Boot DIPs configuration if you already burned the sd with the image is not the same for sdcard and eMMC. If the problem persist please try to burn again.
