[i.MX8M EVK] How to use imx8m.bsdl file ?

I'd like to run imx8m.bsdl using OpenOCD. 

Can you inform me why imx8m.bsdl is needed and how to use imx8m.bsdl file ?

Can OpenOCD run  imx8m.bsdl file ?

If  OpenOCD do not support imx8m.bsdl ,

then how can translate imx8m.bsdl so that  OpenOCD could  run imx8m.bsdl?

Hi ,

 1. BSDL

BSDL files are used for boundary scan boundary scan interconnection testing and simulation.

  The software that uses it includes scanworks and ADS etc.

2. OpenOCD

Checked the function of OpenOCD, it is a software debugging tool, you can use the debugger to connect to the target board to debug the software. From its application point of view, it cannot load BSDL to perform boundary scan on the hardware.
